Not pleased. I had an issue with my defrost control and was told they’d let me know. Sat there for 4 hours and no one said a word to me. Finally at 4 pm he told me it would need a part ordered. The tech ca was told they’d let me know. Sat there for 4 hours and no one said a word to me. Finally at 4 pm he told me it would need a part ordered. The tech called me a few days later to set up an appointment. There was a scheduling issue and he said he’d call me back. So far I haven’t heard a word. Very disappointed. More
