My husband had a good experience with his 4Runner, but my daughter had a rough experience with her Camry. Staff is friendly, professional and prompt. Not to sound snarky but on three different occasions dealing with your service department, I was asked to tell them what they were doing to my car. I should think a computer would better be able to desc dealing with your service department, I was asked to tell them what they were doing to my car. I should think a computer would better be able to describe the job. Also I was asked to repeat the estimate. I felt once again this was something the service department should have a record of their quote. I was asked what part was ordered. Don’t really understand why this was my job. Everyone was courteous and friendly but seemed a bit uncoordinated. More

Drove down last Monday 2/1 from Belmond to narrow down the wife's wish list. Found the perfect vehicle at a fair price and left with an '18 camry xle. Great experience. Great staff, aggressive pricing, weren't rushed or pressured, once we chose to buy, the process was fast and efficient. I will be back when I'm ready to trade my truck. Salesman Travis was a great guy. Friendly, made us comfortable with relatable stories, whether true or bs sales tactic doesn't really matter:) he did a great job. Have 1 major issue that I intend to take up with Toyota as I believe the issue is with them and not your dealership. It wasn't until we were in the finishing paperwork that I was informed the vehicle was not cpo after all as there was an open recall on a part not available so could not be certified. If I wanted any warranty coverage at all I had to purchase a separate extended warranty. That was 2500 I didn't intend to spend, and would have kept shopping had that fact been explained to me earlier. However, at that point my wife was over the moon excited, so I shut my mouth and went along. That it was not cpo and that the original warranty was not transferable to us should have been disclosed up front. I felt very taken advantage of and I dont appreciate it. I will know better for next time. I feel that if the vehicle is that new, and would otherwise be cpo if the recall had been satisfied with Toyota's part at a Toyota dealership, that it should be cpo regardless, and that I was denied that coverage is ridiculous. As I said I intend to take that up with them. Had our salesman warned me up front I would have still put my wife in a new car from you that day. Fyi. Thank you again! Both Chad and Conner were excellent (and patient) to work with. I never felt pressured to make a deal at any point.
