I arrived on time for my 40,000 mile check which includes an oil change and multipoint inspection . After an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting I inquired as to the delay for such a simple task . After conferring with the mechanic I was told it would be another 15 minutes . The service representative did his best to appease me, but to be honest 1 1/2 hours to do this service was ridiculous . I did receive a discount for waiting so long, and my only hope is this was an isolated incidence. If 1 1/2 hours is considered normal for this check please advise, and I will go elsewhere for service . Thanks ! More
