Yesterday I came to get my oil changed and tires rotated. I was under the impression that I had to get these things done at a Toyota dealership for it to be covered on my warranty. I was under the impression I was under the impression that I had to get these things done at a Toyota dealership for it to be covered on my warranty. I was under the impression that tire rotations and oil changes were covered for 3 years. When at check out, the service advisor told me they knew nothing about the warranty and that they don't match Toyota of des moines warrantys. The sales associate was rude, belitting, and unknowledgeable. He told me the price and I was "okay." Obviously unhappy. He continuted to ask me "what can I do for you?" Like I was at a garage sale and we were bargaining a price. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life. When I was gathering my things from the lobby to leave I had people tell me (that were sitting in the lobby) how they could hear me talking to him and how rude he was being and for that I'm embarrassed for you, Wilson Toyota. The man who took my car back and whose name is on my receipt is not the man who I talked to at the end. Although I wish it was. He was kind. John is out of this world rude and uneducated. Let me say I know nothing in life is free. I am capable of paying for things. Considering I bought a 2019 Corolla off the lot. But how your employee talked to me was absolutely uncalled for and I will never return and I'll advise others to do the same. More

When you have a scheduled oil change there is no way you should have to sit for 2 hours waiting for it. That is something that will make me think twice about your dealership.
