Had trouble with my car in Saturday afternoon, called service department and got right in. Ran tests on car, finding the problem, needed battery which was on back order. I got an oil change at this place, because long story short my last oil change (at an express place) resulted in an overfill. Wilson cleaned out my engine and fixed the issue. However, my oil change at Wilson was overfilled as well. I learned my lesson from last time and had Wilson check the dipstick, because they told me I was good to go without showing me. It was WAY TOO FULL when they checked and they quickly fixed it for me. They were nice about it, but I was appalled that they made the same mistake that they fixed for me a couple months ago. More
