Bought a newer used car and the front camera failed after only two weeks. Service department had it checked and said it would need to be replaced, and that the warranty wouldn't cover the costs to fix it---w only two weeks. I can see being told that after two years---but after two weeks?? We hadn't even made the first payment yet! Sales people were great. Service---pretty disappointing. More

Very pleased with the service team! We had the oil changed a week before and the next time we drove the vehicle had oil gushing out. The service department got us in right away to get this resolved. changed a week before and the next time we drove the vehicle had oil gushing out. They went above a beyond by be willing to fix the issues that should have been resolved at the first service appointment and for offering to charge us parts cost only on a boot that was torn, since it had to be removed anyway. Customer service like this is hard to find and is what keeps us coming back. Not to mention the techs have always seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. More

A scheduled oil change and tire rotation should not take 2.5 hours to complete. Walk in customer shouldn’t be before customers with appointments. Why make an appointment otherwise.
