Up until this point, I would give Wilson Toyota 5 stars, but the service I received from my accident this summer was not up to that standard. It took 36 days from the day my vehicle was dropped off unt but the service I received from my accident this summer was not up to that standard. It took 36 days from the day my vehicle was dropped off until the day it was completed. Throughout this time, communication with Katie was subpar. She would not return phone calls or emails that I sent her. On the other hand, whenever I contacted Shannon, she was very helpful and responsive. Toward the end, Shannon informed me that Katie "had a lot on her plate" and they were trying to work to offload some of her work duties to others. It was frustrating that it got to that point. While my vehicle is functional, there are some things that I'm not completely satisfied with after the repair. One, the dead animal smell is still prevalent. They did keep it an extra week to try to get rid of it, but it is still strong. And, there are sputters and sounds that were not present before my accident. It seems to hesitate a little upon acceleration. The body work they did was excellent. I have no complaints, only compliments about that. With all of that being said, I would still recommend Wilson Toyota for sales and/or service of a vehicle. More
