I brought in my car for repair of extensive hail damage. I was initially given a 30 day time frame for repairs. It took almost twice that, but the dealership provided a car for the second month at no charge I was initially given a 30 day time frame for repairs. I did have to check in for regular status updates and after I picked up my car I noted that there is still one hail mark on the passenger door and the plastic stripping along the newly installed roof is broken and flies off at high speeds, which is a bit disappointing and frustrating to be honest. But everyone I met in the shop was professional and the car still runs well so overall just minor complaints. More

When I made the appointment I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Almost 2 hours later I had to ask what the status was.
