I’m from Des Moines, so that means 1. 5 hours round trip, plus gas. I was told it would take an hour or so and it was over two hours. My time has value! The service adviser asked if I wanted to have an oil change along with the tire rotation since it had been close to a year since the last oil change and it is recommended that the oil be changed at leas change along with the tire rotation since it had been close to a year since the last oil change and it is recommended that the oil be changed at least once a year. I declined the oil change and acknowledged it was close to the year. I felt disrespected by the service advisor after I declined the oil change. Her responses & attitude toward me after that seemed curt and almost as if she couldn't wait for me leave. I don't even remember if I received a personal thank you at all. More

We personally had a horrible experience with Wilson Toyota. Our salesman, Taybor left out important details such as the tires being 2/32nd (illegal and against US DOT) the rear struts are shot we had a Toyota. Our salesman, Taybor left out important details such as the tires being 2/32nd (illegal and against US DOT) the rear struts are shot we had a brake caliper seized , and they cleared the check engine light for a cylinder 3 Misfire (Dangerous) as well as not informing us about the keys that don't work (do not unlock or lock vehicle) overall we had a very poor experience with this dealership and we will not be going back.
