The work was done satisfactorily and the price was reasonable. When setting up the appointment, the secretary, estimator and I all agreed to a Wednesday and they said it would be done the same day. On a friend’s Prius, a shield that attaches just behind the front bumper and protects the engine had detached and was almost touching the pavement. A similar shield along a tire well was gone. Substantial work was needed, but my friend needed to travel to Tulsa the next day. Wilson Toyota made a firm attachment of the shield to its assigned brace that was successful to reach Tulsa with no problem. Wilson Toyota did not charge my friend for their work. A woman checked us in and discharged my friends car. I do not know who fixed the car or who decided there would be no charge. More
