Service is always very slow. I can always count on waiting at least 2 hours for an oil change or tire rotation for a scheduled appointment. Also, before I leave, I always have to check to make sure they have reset my maintenance reminder since they have forgot a couple times, or forgot to turn my day lights back on. Staff always friendly and helpful, but seriously considering going somewhere else for oil changes and tire rotation. Toyota is the first car dealership I have dealt whose service is super slow. More
Armando, was rude and disrespectful towards me when I was trying to tell him how disappointed I was in the service. I had to come back to the dealership 3 separate times in order to purchase my vehicle. His trying to tell him how disappointed I was in the service. I had to come back to the dealership 3 separate times in order to purchase my vehicle. His response was’ “That’s not my fault.” When you don’t know how to do your job that makes it your fault! I’m extremely upset about how crappy I was treated and will not be returning in the future. This is not how you treat loyal customers! More
