Armando, was rude and disrespectful towards me when I was trying to tell him how disappointed I was in the service. I had to come back to the dealership 3 separate times in order to purchase my vehicle. His trying to tell him how disappointed I was in the service. I’m extremely upset about how crappy I was treated and will not be returning in the future. This is not how you treat loyal customers! More

Wait for scheduled oil change and tire rotation was far too long and from disgruntled murmurs from other customers around me my experience didn’t seem to be unique. Pushing 3 hours is unacceptable.
