From the first contact I made with Victoria, they were very patient and friendly and answered all my questions, even the sort of silly ones. But it wasn't just that they were polite, that's expected, no they actually seemed to want to get me a good deal with the finance company. I felt very looked after. I was also seen to in other ways, they had courtesies like free water but also they caught little things like a missing knob that even I didn't catch. I love the little car and I feel I got treated well and got a good price that I didn't have to haggle and compete for. More

I felt I was being cheated out of a deal and they both contradicted their own statements. Mr. Wilson should fire these managers and the General Manager should feel ashamed this was going on!
