Bad customer service! I purchased a package to where I would get 6 free oil changes. This was to happen around every 10,000 miles. Every time I have gotten my oil change it I purchased a package to where I would get 6 free oil changes. This was to happen around every 10,000 miles. Every time I have gotten my oil change it has never been exactly a 10,000 mile period. I made an appointment to get my last one. I dropped it off then at some point I got a phone call stating that I had to of had my last one by 61,000 miles, which was never told to me. Why was I not ever told this? I purchased this and I should have been given all my oil changes no mater what time frame this was. I expressed my frustration yet I get told they will contact Ford and see if they will pay and if so I will be reimbursed. To me this is bad customer service. I should have just been comped this oil change.This is just a tactic to get me to forget about this. I truly believe if I had purchased my vehicle at this dealer or that it was a $50,000 vehicle I would not have been treated this way. More

Excellent advice and service for insurance claim. The insurance claim process was handled expertly. Service advisors explained how the truck might be totaled and what that meant for me. They educated me about this process and it was enlightening and helpful. They then took care of all the details and the truck was repaired perfectly and returned to me repaired and clean. Rodent damage can be stinky, so they took care of deodorizing and detailing the interior. Superior advice and service. More

They went the extra mile They took photos of the side mirror on my F350 and wrote up an explanation of the problem to get the warranty to cover the repair. I understood that warranty doesn’t often pay for mirror issues because they’re so often broken by parking lot bumps and smashes but mine wasn’t. More
