Not the best I didn't have the greatest experience with Wilson Motor. I was put on hold repeatedly, transferred multiple times, had to repeat to them over and over I didn't have the greatest experience with Wilson Motor. I was put on hold repeatedly, transferred multiple times, had to repeat to them over and over I need to bring my car in for a safety recall. One person on the phone couldn't answer my question, no one would call me back. I had to call multiple times to see if my car was, ready to be picked up, when they told me they would contact me. When I went and picked it up, I found out that they did a different safety repair to my car than I originally had scheduled for? Now I have to take my car back to get the original repair that I scheduled for... and do this all over again. More

I now can drive my amazing truck without any concerns about the diesel particulate filter regeneration process. I have also been made to feel at home and greeted friendly by service advisor Loretta . Additionally, having been in sales 26 years at a high line automotive dealership and not wanting to pick up service calls on on the weekend, found young sales consultant Colton very receptive and accommodating to my unexpected Saturday service call. Kudos to those representing customer 1st and to Wilson ownership having been blessed with these type of people in your employ. Even a young man attending the lot went out of his way to help.
