The price for a full-service oil change with tire rotation and full inspection is a much better deal then going to one of the quick service places that have little experience. The only bad thing I can say is that if you are waiting for your vehicle to be worked on the waiting area is very small and worn down. More

Repaired after difficult diagnosis Our 2016 Ford Edge had developed an unpleasant and annoying rattle in the rear suspension area. This is a type of problem that can be notoriously hard Our 2016 Ford Edge had developed an unpleasant and annoying rattle in the rear suspension area. This is a type of problem that can be notoriously hard to locate. It was made more difficult to diagnose because it was somewhat intermittent. After multiple test drives and examining one of the rear shock absorbers it was determined this was the source of the noise. I must admit to being a bit skeptical when Lynette told me this was the problem but gave permission to replace both rear shocks. They were absolutely correct in their diagnosis and my Edge is now as quiet as when new. Thank you Lynette and especially thank you to the technician who made this difficult find. More

Tire pressure sensor fault I have been in multiple times in the last 45 days to get this fixed. We have replaced the sensor twice and the problem still exists. Only a few months after the purchase the car was not starting and the touch screen was not functioning. I had the vehicle towed to a local service shop for repairs however they were unable to properly diagnose the issue. I made a call to the salesman at Wilson Motor and discussed with him the issues and he put me in touch with the service manager who also was very helpful, polite, and professional. I am very appreciative of the service I recieved and how they took care of me and my car. More
