Poor diagnosis and repair Third time in the shop for the same thing and still not fixed. The used truck I but was obviously a lemon. The experience of trying to get it fixed even with a extended warranty purchased thru Wilsons has been a nightmare starting week one after the purchase until now 20 months later. Good job I was able to make an appointment without any Hastle and was able to get it in first thing in the morning of for drop off. The reason I brought it in. I was able to make an appointment without any Hastle and was able to get it in first thing in the morning of for drop off. The reason I brought it in. 1) I had two factory recalls that needed to be addressed. 2) this dealership is close to my home and work. (I did NOT look at any reviews of the dealership before hand, I chose it mainly out of convenience). Received my car back and it looked like they washed it so that's a plus :), I had a low tire pressure sensor going off that I secretly had hoped they'd check, but I did not mention that to them, and they did not check the tires (no big deal, took it to Les Schwab and it took 5 minutes). They did switch my radio over to a horrid station. But again, easy fix :) if I get any more recalls I will be returning to this dealership. All in all A+. More

Great Oil Change I was able to get my car in for an oil change that week and at my appointment I was helped very quickly. Everybody was really nice, helpful, and frien I was able to get my car in for an oil change that week and at my appointment I was helped very quickly. Keeping my 'new' 2017 Rogue new. I don't put a lot of mileage on my Rogue, but after talking to the service manager, I realized that even though the Rogue hadn't reached the mileage f I don't put a lot of mileage on my Rogue, but after talking to the service manager, I realized that even though the Rogue hadn't reached the mileage for the next service it really needed the service. Everyone involved in servicing my Rogue made it so simple. Now my Rogue is staying as new as can be. More
