Worst experience ever & DAMAGED my car Worst experience I have ever had! The dealership had my vehicle for 5 DAYS and I had to have a rental the entire time costing me over $150 I had my Worst experience I have ever had! The dealership had my vehicle for 5 DAYS and I had to have a rental the entire time costing me over $150 I had my vehicle in two weeks prior n they had to order a part... they did recall work and did not LISTEN to what I had found after the initial visit so did not take care of the ADDITIONAL issue at first... then when asked about the headlight switch being replaced which was what it was originally in for the said they didn’t know about it! They did nothing to try n compensate me for the rental fees adding up THEN ON TOP OF THAT THEY DAMAGED MY NEW PAINT JOB!!!!! I had gotten a bad rock chip on the hood of my 2 yr old car n the paint began peeling and NUSSAN would not warranty the paint job peeling!!!!! Thus costing my insurance more than $3000 to fix which was promptly scratched by the service department!!! It has been a week and I have yet to hear a word from the dealership!!!!!! More

Technician couldn’t realize a small fault in the car The technician couldn’t use common sense to see that my key lock system needed some lubrications but instead suggested that my key lock was not the ge The technician couldn’t use common sense to see that my key lock system needed some lubrications but instead suggested that my key lock was not the genuine one form Nissan but an aftermarket one. I was then asked to go to some other lock smith to program and get a new key system or pay them $767 to replace the whole key lock system to original. I am not sure if they are incompetent or they wanted to dupe me out of my money for a 20 year old Nissan, I was initially there for getting a new key because I had lost mine which wasn’t quoted to be a 767 dollar job, I refused to pay and put wd40 in front of the sales associate and tired the key which worked and they thought I was a magician. I will never trust their advice on what is wrong with my car and I believe others have told me there including the tow truck driver that towed my car to your dealership. More
