I reached out through online websites- cargurus and the dealers website and did not receive any contact. I called the dealer and worked with Lynn. This was frustrating as I’ve dealt with many hungry dealer dealers website and did not receive any contact. I called the dealer and worked with Lynn. This was frustrating as I’ve dealt with many hungry dealers, and I felt as though I had to beg to get service. I found it hard to work with Lynn. I preferred to work via text, and he wanted all our conversations to be over the phone. It took several days to get a written quote. He said the only way he could get me the CarFax was via fax. I didn’t understand this. He took photos of it and sent it to me via text. Some of the pages were unreadable. He said that there were 2 keys, I only received 1. He said he would have the new car delivered with a tank of gas, I received it on empty. It’s the little things. Overall, I didn‘t enjoy working with Lynn. I did work appreciate the service I received from David in financing - he was outstanding and very helpful. More

Connor was PHENOMENAL! The dealership in general not as much…very slow moving, lots of mix ups, and detailing was not great. I can’t say enough good things about Wilson Motor Company! It was my first experience buying a vehicle and let me tell you, IT WAS SCARY. Connor Holt at the north location spent the day with me test Company! It was my first experience buying a vehicle and let me tell you, IT WAS SCARY. Connor Holt at the north location spent the day with me test driving, and going over all the things that made each vehicle unique. He was so funny, easy to talk to, and so good at his job! I’m definitely TEAM CONNOR! Dave made the paper signing process easy to understand, and a little less scary. He answered all my questions and concerns, and talked me through exactly what I need to do, and what I will be expecting. I want to give Tyson a shout out as well!
