We came from several hours away so they called several times to confirm we were coming and to give additional information from the questions we had on previous calls. Jake had everything ready when we got there. The negotiation and paperwork went so smoothly. Even when we rushed them cause we had somewhere to be. Overall the whole experience was joyful! Very Appreciative of Wilson Motor I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer the salesman was great to deal with. He was very helpful with all my questions and very professional. Only a few mont I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer the salesman was great to deal with. He was very helpful with all my questions and very professional. Only a few months after the purchase the car was not starting and the touch screen was not functioning. I had the vehicle towed to a local service shop for repairs however they were unable to properly diagnose the issue. I made a call to the salesman at Wilson Motor and discussed with him the issues and he put me in touch with the service manager who also was very helpful, polite, and professional. I am very appreciative of the service I recieved and how they took care of me and my car. More
