On the advise of a former GM field executive, we met with Hoover Southerland (GM Chevrolet and GMC Sales) and Belinda Wilson Administrator for Extended Warranties. We were serviced beyond our expectations and commend to GM the thoroughness of both Hoover and Linda. As a result of that meeting ,we were more than pleased that we bought our Equinox.
