Trade your truck for a new one and pay less I was offered a deal that made my head shake. The dealer said if I was willing to come in and listen to their offer, that it would be well worth my ti I was offered a deal that made my head shake. Long story short, traded my 2015 for a 2018 Chevy Silverado and I walked away after the deal was done paying less per month, bed cover, side bars and weathertec floor mats. Customer Service done right. My girlfriend and I came to this dealer to look at the Equinox and Malibu. Upon arriving we were immediately directed to Josh for assistance. We told My girlfriend and I came to this dealer to look at the Equinox and Malibu. Upon arriving we were immediately directed to Josh for assistance. We told him the 2 cars we were interested in test driving and within a few minutes we were out the door and ready to drive. By this point, Josh has been respectful, helpful, and very relaxed. During the drives, Josh was telling us all about the features and was very friendly and personable. We told Josh that one of our fears with buying a SUV was that it would be wider than the Chevy Cruze we we're replacing and would be unable to fit it in the 2 car garage with my car. What does Josh do? Josh goes and drives one of the Chevy Cruze from the lot and lines it with the Equinox so we could tell. After not being satisfied that we could just eye ball it, Josh brought us inside to look up the dimensions of my girlfriend's car and of the Equinox we were interested in. Josh never seemed frustrated, or annoyed, or anything other than helpful. Finally, we told Josh that we didn't want to make a commitment on the spot and that we had a few other non-Chevy vehicles we wanted to try. Josh gave us advice and the knowledge he had on those cars, wished us luck, and handed us a business card. Typically, a salesman will just shut off once they know you don't want to buy what they are selling but not Josh. Josh is the reason I will come back to Wilson County for a new Chevy. I have had very bad run-ins with car salesman before but Josh is one of the good ones. More
