A Prefect Purchase Experience Visiting and purchasing at Wilson County Motors Chevrolet Buick GMC was a positive experience from start to finish. Our sales representative, Melody P Visiting and purchasing at Wilson County Motors Chevrolet Buick GMC was a positive experience from start to finish. Our sales representative, Melody Pollard, was knowledgable, engaging, and caring. She was able to show us the perfect car for our needs from the large selection of cars on the lot.. The purchase process was up front and direct. We easily negotiated a fair and manageable price for the car we wanted with a very positive outcome. Melody thoroughly explained the many functions of our new car and helped us set up phone, etc. before we left. The service department delivered a clean car with a full tank of gas and off we went. Only a couple of pleasant hours from start to finish for this purchase. It is our pleasure to recommend Wilson County Motors Chevrolet Buick GMC. They understand that a car purchase might seem intimidating to some- so many choices; so many parts to a purchase!! The reason they are successful, in my opinion, is that they treat customers as new friends. They are happy to take the time, answer questions and help find the perfect vehicle. Purchased used vehicle from out of state. I live in Indiana, but Wilson County Chevrolet had the car in the color I wanted. Brandon Vaden communicated with me promptly and made the whole expe I live in Indiana, but Wilson County Chevrolet had the car in the color I wanted. Brandon Vaden communicated with me promptly and made the whole experience seamless and smooth. My wife and I drove down and completed the purchase and returned home the same day. Brandon has continued to communicate with me about the car since the purchase. Buying from an unfamiliar dealer in another state is a new experience, but Wilson County and Brandon made it a great one. More
