I have purchased a Sonata and now own a Tucson. The sales personnel are great to work with but the service area is over the top due to the manager Randy Jackson who gets things done. Hyundai has always been terrific! I had some issues last time I was in but, Randy Jackson called me and is helping me with this problem. I had some issues with the service department that left me feeling very angry. When I reached out to the service manager Randy Jackson, he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Randy ensured I me feeling very angry. When I reached out to the service manager Randy Jackson, he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Randy ensured I understood the exactly what the issue was. He apologized and took ownership of the situation that was caused by a former employee and he assured me that he would do everything to make the situation right. Randy was great and restored my respect for this dealership. I greatly appreciate his service and dedication! I recommend this dealership because of his commitment and outstanding professionalism. I can't say enough positive things about Wilson County Hyundai's service department, headed by Service Manager Randy Jackson. Even while the dealership is undergoing a major renovation, pushing the service department out to a framed tent for the service advisors to work from, and temporary waiting area for service customers, the service provided is still top notch! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable. The service advisors listen carefully to what the car needs to have serviced. Randy is frequently available and jumps right in to answer any questions I have. The techs perform their duties efficiently, making note of anything they find that might need further attention. Randy goes above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of completely. I have been a Hyundai customer at this dealership for over 15 years and will continue to buy from them and get all my service done with them. They are the BEST! More
My car was held from October 30 until December 8 to complete 4 recalls. When I attempted to make inquiries it was very difficult to even get through to anyone and when I did I was given conflicting exc complete 4 recalls. I would list all the excuses but that would make for a long review. I even tried calling the corporate customer service number and received essentially the same treatment. Hyundai could care less about their customers! This is the first and last Hyundai I will ever own! P.S. I would sell it but my conscience just won’t allow me to dump it on someone else. More
This department has declined almost as far as it can go with the employment of front-facing employees who have no business dealing with the public. I purchased my 2015 Sonata Sport from WCH. I have used WCH as my service center for most of the years since that purchase. The morning of my 8 AM routine maintenance appointment, I was first in line to report & check in. Ryan was the check-in staffer--pleasant and welcoming. After over an hour waiting for my vehicle, I stepped into the service department to enquire about the progress of my service (formerly, the wait for service was not so protracted). I was then forced to interact with Ms. Destiny Davis--a human who appears to despise other humans; at least her behavior toward this customer indicated that attitude. Ms. Destiny Davis' demeanor immediately exuded extreme dislike for this customer--it radiated off of her and right to me--the only person in front of her as she referred to me in 3rd person. Ms. Destiny Davis maintained her rude, ungracious, smile-free behavior as she concluded my transaction by attempting to overcharge me for services rendered. Ms. Destiny Davis refused to look at me during the entire completion process which required some verbal communication as I asked about specific items on my invoice. Perhaps Ms. Destiny Davis is related to the owners of WCH, which explains her employment there. I will not return to WCH for the routine maintenance of my Hyundai. If I purchase another Hyundai, it will not be at WCH. Sadly, Ms. Destiny Davis is the reason I will now take my business to ANY OTHER Hyundai Service Center. When WCH informs me that Ms. Destiny Davis is no longer employed as customer service personnel, I could return; but that option is highly doubtful. More
