We purchased a used GMC Sierra 1500. Our salesperson, Flo Mabry, arranged for transport to FL assuring us the truck would be detailed and full of gas. The truck was delivered dirty, less than a half tank gas, needed an oil change, no dealer tags, and the mileage that was advertised on their website and appeared on the paperwork we signed had 5,000 MORE miles when it was delivered. Their excuse was the owner drove it and the mileage wasn't updated in their system. Casey Hunt, Used Car Manager, finally called us back after no one responded to our calls. He admitted they dropped the ball on everything. We had to spend two hours at the DMV to get a temporary tag. This is the worst experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle. They still won't respond to our calls, so we are contacting our attorney and will file a complaint with the Mississippi Motor Vehicle Commission. We have contacted Hyundai. NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! They don't care about their customers once they receive their money! What should have been a wonderful experience buying the truck of your dreams, has turned into our worst NIGHTMARE!! More
Sales and purchase experience was good. After the fact we were called multiple times and we finally answered to see what they wanted and it was to take an online survey. With the completion of they survey we were promised a gift card for a tank of fuel. Immediately got on and took survey and 2 months later no gift card. Have called 4 times since and was told it would be taken care of and in the mail and still yet to receive. Purchase a car but don’t do the survey they promises are lies. More

This is a public service announcement. If you are ever in need of a new vehicle, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HALLMARK HYUNDAI. We had a small chip in the clear coat on the bumper of our 20 If you are ever in need of a new vehicle, DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HALLMARK HYUNDAI. We had a small chip in the clear coat on the bumper of our 2022 Tucson and took it to get fixed. To make a VERY long story short...4 months and 7 trips to the dealership later, we still don't have it repaired. Not only did they not fix the clear coat on the bumper, they have damaged the front passenger bumper, driver's door and interior of our vehicle. They sent it to Imex Paint & Body and then Barnett's in Flowood where it has been for months. We have reached out to Hyundai North America and the dealership won't respond to them either. The entire experience has been a complete nightmare. Do yourself a favor...RUN, do not walk away from this dealership! More

The service department is absolutely horrible. It took 6.5 weeks for them to change my alternator which is a 2 hour job. When I tell you I hate Wilson Kia. Words can't even describe how much I HATE them, and their service dept. The young lady that always answers the phone is so rude and uncaring. I called today to tell them about problems I was having with my Sorento, and the young lady's response was, " well we don't have anything available until January 2022." I asked what was I supposed to do about getting someone to look at my truck? Her response, " well, you can bring it in, but we still won't be able to get to it until January." So rude and uncaring, just like this dealership. If I thought my truck could make it to Meridian to their Kia dealership, that's exactly what I would have done. But I knew my truck would not make it that far. Meridian Kia is absolutely the best Kia dealership to go to. They are very professional and caring, with superb customer service. Which Wilson Kia does not have. I don't know what I'm going to do in the meantime, but I'm still trying to find someone to look at my truck. Please, whatever you do, don't take it the Wilson Kia service dept. You will be sadly disappointed. DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER More
