Best Buying Experience! Zach was awesome to work with. He’s the first salesman I’ve ever met that I’ve felt comfortable around and trusted! He was very understanding and honest when we told him our specifications, budget, and urgency. We went home that same day, not thinking we would be able to get a vehicle. Within the hour, he had spoken to his manager, crunched numbers, and gotten back with us - sold! He wasn’t pressuring me at all on the test drive, and was very knowledgeable and laid-back. Paperwork and financing went by quickly and painlessly. I was only able to come to the dealership by myself, so I had no way to get my vehicle and the new vehicle home - so Zach and another employee drove their car and my car, and followed me home to Kimberly, where my husband could sign the other half of the documents. I was impressed with the various warrantees they offered because of the full coverage and low cost, as well as their servicing deal. Thank you, Zach, for making this easy and quick! More
