Jerry gently probed my priorities and found several options for me. After a pleasant test drive, and Jerry patiently tolerating my trip to another dealership for comparison, I returned to Wills to finalize the purchase. The next day I took delivery of my new Prius and Scott handled the paper work. He offered me additional options, but understood my situation and applied no excessive pressure. The Perfect Experience We have been looking for a replacement of our Lexus RX since it was rear-ended and the insurance company totaled it. I did a lot of research and narr We have been looking for a replacement of our Lexus RX since it was rear-ended and the insurance company totaled it. I did a lot of research and narrowed it down to very short list, mostly Toyota and Lexus models. After finding nothing like what I wanted, I spread my search circle out further and came across one that was perfect. It was located about 150 miles away at Wills Toyota in Twin Falls, ID. So after calling to make sure it was still available, we jumped in the truck and headed south! Once we got there, the sales representative (Miguel Lara) was waiting out front to greet us. He showed us the car inside and out, explaining things as he went and answering all our questions. After finishing that, he took us on a short tour of the Wills Toyota shop facility (which was impressively clean and orderly) before heading out for a test drive. The car is a 2016 Camry XSE V6, and it is even more impressive than I had expected. The suspension is taut but not harsh, the cabin is very quiet, the JBL stereo is impressive, the engine has plenty of pep, and the entire car feels solid as a rock -- all the things Toyota vehicles are known for. After a 20-minute ride so both my wife and I could drive it, we said we'd take it. Back to the dealership for all the normal paperwork, plus explanations of the warranty for Certified vehicles, and others available. There was no pressure to take any of the options; just an explanation of what is covered and questions answered. The whole process was done in about 30 minutes. Then Miguel spent about another 30-40 minutes showing us all the latest technology. His knowledge is impressive as he gave us the hands-on tour. Some of it was similar to my Tundra of the same year, but much was totally new to us. I can see I will have to spend a while with the manuals to get all the nuances of this technology. When it was all done, we were given a large bundle of documentation, two sets of keys (a rarity these days!!!), a full tank of fuel, and directions to a good place for dinner. Once we had eaten, we jumped back on the interstate and zipped up to 80 MPH (the limit in Idaho) and headed home. At speed, the interior was still as quiet as before and the car simply ate up the miles without a hiccup. Overall I would give Wills Toyota and their staff a perfect 10 score in every way. I cannot think of a single thing that could have been better. This is how the car-buying process should be done! A big Thank You to everyone on the Wills Toyota family. More

The only downside that I wished the Camry had was an automatic start key fob. The closing manager said I could get it installed here for $600+, which was a disappointment, but a kind employee in the service center referred me to some better and more affordable options. He said the range would be better. This spoke a lot of him. One more thing, the sales agents need to get computers! It would be a lot easier for customers and staff. A little old school but to each his own. Overall great experience. More
