Andy was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find my perfect car. He was honest and upfront about the offer I could get, answered all of my questions (this is the very first brand new car I've ever purchased, so I had several), and put me at ease the whole time. He and staff stayed late that Saturday finishing up my purchase, and as I was leaving with my new, amazing Ford Escape, Andy walked me out and went over a few more things so I was able to get comfortable with my new car. Honestly, I really can't say enough good things about Andy, Tom, and the entire staff who I worked with at Willowbrook Ford. Thank you all so much! More

After looking the vehicle up on their website, I decided that it was within the perimeters of what I was looking for and the amount of money that I was looking to spend. We called ahead and spoke with Chuck so that they could "dig out" the vehicle from their over crammed lot. Once we arrived, the vehicle was pulled up and ready to go but we were told that we needed to stop by the fuel station to get some diesel so we could test drive the vehicle. Once we had some fuel in the tank, we went on a test drive. Once we returned from the test drive, I wanted to see an out the door price so that I knew how much my check was going to have to be made out for. I should note, upon my arrival to Willowbrook Ford, I mentioned that I would have to move some money and there was no way that I would be able to complete a purchase that day. Once at Chuck's desk, the sleeze began. Once he went up to his manager, we both (my boyfriend and I) got a bad feeling. Upon his return to his desk, we were told the price and the typical "we're losing money at this price" (I was in Ford Sales, I know the tricks) we asked for a little better discount but there wasn't anything more they could do, so I left it at I needed to think about it and see what I wanted to do. The pushy sales tactics began. "what can we do" etc. We were able to leave it at I needed to think about it. Upon returning home, we received a call from Chuck and he asked if there was anything more he could do we asked for a discount again and he said that there was no more for them to give. The next day, I decided to pull the Carfax and see if there were any anomalies that I should be concerned about since they didn't show me one at the dealership and I found that the odometer had been rolled back and majorly. We confronted the dealership about this and they said that it was the wrong carfax and they texted us a photo of the "correct" Carfax but it doesn't match anything that their website shows remotely. we expressed our distaste of this and continued to push us into purchasing their vehicle. we left it at we will not be purchasing their truck. Having worked for Ford, I know that they are not fond of such behavior. I will never return to Willowbrook Ford and hope that others heed my warning and don't enter this store. More

He was very helpful in going thru all of the options for our new vehicle. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase of a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium. MIchael Klen and Tom Bavone were great to work with. I would recommend Willowbrook Ford and Michael Klen to anyone looking to purchase a Ford Vehicle. More
needed a cargo van for work I didn't know much about the new line of vans that ford is now offering since the previous econoline vans of the 70's. Mike Klen held my hand through the whole process. we ended up getting a few options that I didn't know existed and ended up getting a very durable Transit 250 that had the bells and whistles that will make those long trips down south enjoyable. we got this whole process with all the specific options done in less than a week. thanks Mike! I bought my last F150 King Ranch from Willowbrook ...no more Love the truck. It's may last becuuse I'm 82 and the truck will out last me! I have been a customer of this delership since it's inception and have been treated very well in every department. i was surprised however with my salesman, CHARLES ZABORAC, who eceeded my expectations for a salesmans demeanor and willingness to serve a customer. At age 82 I am a product of an era where the TV didn't even have a "clicker"....so I am not a trechie. The truck is a rolling computer and smarter than I am. Charles spent most of the day going over features and controls making us resonable good "truckers". I was frankly amazed at his willingness and patience in tutoring us. He deserves five stars and your business. Ask for Charles. And, THANKS CHARLES...you are greatly appreciated by us old farts!!! More
