After turning in my old Fusion Titanium lease, I picked up my new Fusion Sport less than a week ago, love the car and getting familiarize the controls After turning in my old Fusion Titanium lease, I picked up my new Fusion Sport less than a week ago, love the car and getting familiarize the controls and SYNC3 which absolutely a pleasure and easy to use. The car is a "pocket rocket", handles great, a firmer European ride which I like, seats are comfortable no fatigue if on a long drive and learning to know the cars characteristics to get maximum driving enjoyment, no complaints!! I have to give kudos to Andy Ricci who made the sales experience easy to understand with no pressure whatsoever, and did not take advantage knowing I wanted the Fusion Sport; got very fair price that we were both satisfied with. Kudos also goes to Sebastian Badillo, the Willowbrook Business Manager; the best way to describe Sebastion he is the business manager I got to like, described everything in simple understandable detail, again no pressure and signed everything off and officially got the "keys." Last but not least Willowbrook Service department second to none took great care of me, Luis Giron terrific Service advisor, and the techs on point and also done correctly the first time ever having to go back for a fix. Techs themselves very efficient always got back a clean spotless car even though my service calls were for the 5,000 oil change and checkup. Highly recommend Willowbrook Ford for your purchases, I will be back for my next vehicle again for whatever it may be when the time comes to turn is my Fusion Sport at lease end!! I thiink thry got “scared” when I said, “ill be back.” (LOL) More

Furious customer . Went to Willowbrook Ford with the intent to purchase a vehicle. The salesman Dave Wishart was helping us with this process. We filled out the paperw . Went to Willowbrook Ford with the intent to purchase a vehicle. The salesman Dave Wishart was helping us with this process. We filled out the paperwork for financing. I explained to him our concerns of running our credit multiple times. And We agreed to two times. So he heads back to the finance department while we are waiting in his office my phone notification start going off showing that our credit had been ran seven times within two minutes. When he returns I question him about it he leaves the room returns with his general manager Brian Zawarus to discuss the sale. So We Inform Brian of our concerns of the multiple credit inquiries. He asked Dave if he informed the finance department that they were only to run our credit two times. Dave’s reply was no I did not tell them. Brian said to him that he should’ve informed them. The next day I had two more inquiries that obviously hadn’t went through the night before, so a total of nine inquiries. I feel they had no respect for us as customers Shame on them. That stays on oyr report for two years.😡 More

Scott Wagner did an excellent job and was very knowledgeable of the other various models and/or cars I had interest in. Scott and the team worked with me on my trades and getting financing where it needed to be. After being extremely disgusted at the sales tactics of a different Ford dealer in Naperville, in which I made it known this was a want and not a need, I relayed the same to them. There was no pressure whatsoever from the team which made the process light and friendly. Great group to do business with and definitely recommend them. More
