Vehicle service Kurt was my Technian in the Cadillac service center. I went in for an oil change and also to have my car looked at for various issues . He addressed all of my concerns, provided a lot of information about the work needed, and kept me updated regularly. It was the best experience I have had when my car needed work. Bad experience Took in my car for service. They can pick you up and drop off your car which is nice. Personnel were courteous and friendly. However... Their servi Took in my car for service. They can pick you up and drop off your car which is nice. Personnel were courteous and friendly. However... Their service included a free multi-point inspection which revealed some problems. They wanted to change my brake pads, rotors, brake fluid, and shocks. Total bill over $3000. I declined, I took the car somewhere else, and the rotors were fine, the shocks did not need immediate replacement, and the rest was done for less than half of the price with parts of equal or better quality. At Willis I also got charged $89 for an unnecessary diagnostic for something that has a GM TSB on. If want a friendly, pampering luxury dealership by all means go to Willis. But if you value your wallet and don't like taken advantage of, look somewhere else. More
