Service Center Review I had a diagnostic check for my rotors and brakes. Luckily they were good however they said my vacuum pump had to be replaced because it was leaking o I had a diagnostic check for my rotors and brakes. Luckily they were good however they said my vacuum pump had to be replaced because it was leaking oil. My car has not had any oil drops on the floor anywhere I go or at home thus I questioned the validity of that. I took my car to another legitimate mechanic (Doral Auto Care) and paid another diagnostic fee to ascertain whether or not there was a oil leak with my vacuum pump. After my diagnostic check I was relieved to hear there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vacuum pump. Also the service center at Williamson Cadillac said I needed to flush my brake fluid and who knows if that was true or not but I had it done because if I were to pay almost $100 for the diagnostic might as well have that waived and just pay the $120 for the brake fluid flush and replacement. More

Service required on passenger side headlight Just had my car in for service/maintenance and then discovered another issue. The passenger side headlight had been replaced twice within a two week Just had my car in for service/maintenance and then discovered another issue. The passenger side headlight had been replaced twice within a two week period and needed to be replaced again. I called John Valera, my Service Writer, and explained. He scheduled a convenient appointment for me and provided a loaner car for the duration of time my car was in the shop. The problem part had to be ordered but my car was repaired in a timely manner with little inconvenience to me. I appreciate the excellent service and courtesies extended to me. Service my Escalade under warranty for the many times I took my Escalade in to have my transmission checked for the 5th or 6th time and the display for the electronics (touch screen). The rental was great I took my Escalade in to have my transmission checked for the 5th or 6th time and the display for the electronics (touch screen). The rental was great and pretty much everything went pretty well except for the fact that I am tired of taking my car in for the same reasons. Also a detail that I noticed was that I had the oil changed but the fluids were not checked. I know this because my windshield fluid was not filled. Service is about details and this was one that was missed and not checking all fluids is really routine when it comes to oil changes or mostly any vehicle service. How can I trust that all fluids were checked if the simplest one wasn’t? More
