I like my advisor, John Varela. He’s knowledgeable and always happy to help. But lately I’ve noticed the dealer infrastructure does not support him. Service takes so much longer. We were very pleased with this service. We arrived at the dealership and only had to wait about five minutes to see a service advisor. No Customer Service in Service Department Car returned to me was filthy on the inside. When I tried to walk around the outside I was asked to please hurry up and leave. Found Oily Hand Prints on the Hood of Vehicle Although the service agent was very professional and the interior of service center was clean, the end product of a simple oil change left oily hand p Although the service agent was very professional and the interior of service center was clean, the end product of a simple oil change left oily hand prints over the hood of the vehicle (*which supposedly went through the dealer car wash) that was noticed once the I arrived home. I ended up taking the vehicle to get exterior detailed as I did not want to have the paint damaged due to oil. Ended up costing more than the oil change itself.... More
