hello Roger, today my wife took the car after a week and a half of waiting for an appointment. It was not good service. She had to leave the car and they told her we can't give you a loaner car because we don't have any. my wife went with my granddaughter and no one could help her change the child seat for the car loaner after a long time they could find her. It seems to me that the service is not very trained to deal with clients to make the client feel as part of Williamson Cadillac
