Mickey was great but the service on my car was horrible. I advised of the lights that had turned on for my emergency break and transmission but the service department took over a week to even look at my ca I advised of the lights that had turned on for my emergency break and transmission but the service department took over a week to even look at my car, which they only looked at it when I called on Wednesday and finally was able to speak with Mickey. When he was on vacation, no one else helped nor cared that I had no responses about the status on my car. By the time they looked at my car, the computer had reset and no longer can see the messages received about my transmission. So nothing was done for this. I really hope I do not have any problems with my transmission while I’m driving with my family due to this negligence. More
