Service required on passenger side headlight Just had my car in for service/maintenance and then discovered another issue. The passenger side headlight had been replaced twice within a two week Just had my car in for service/maintenance and then discovered another issue. The passenger side headlight had been replaced twice within a two week period and needed to be replaced again. I called John Valera, my Service Writer, and explained. He scheduled a convenient appointment for me and provided a loaner car for the duration of time my car was in the shop. The problem part had to be ordered but my car was repaired in a timely manner with little inconvenience to me. I appreciate the excellent service and courtesies extended to me.
