Service Center Review I had a diagnostic check for my rotors and brakes. Luckily they were good however they said my vacuum pump had to be replaced because it was leaking o I had a diagnostic check for my rotors and brakes. Luckily they were good however they said my vacuum pump had to be replaced because it was leaking oil. My car has not had any oil drops on the floor anywhere I go or at home thus I questioned the validity of that. I took my car to another legitimate mechanic (Doral Auto Care) and paid another diagnostic fee to ascertain whether or not there was a oil leak with my vacuum pump. After my diagnostic check I was relieved to hear there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vacuum pump. Also the service center at Williamson Cadillac said I needed to flush my brake fluid and who knows if that was true or not but I had it done because if I were to pay almost $100 for the diagnostic might as well have that waived and just pay the $120 for the brake fluid flush and replacement. More

The passenger side headlight had been replaced twice within a two week period and needed to be replaced again. I called John Valera, my Service Writer, and explained. He scheduled a convenient appointment for me and provided a loaner car for the duration of time my car was in the shop. The problem part had to be ordered but my car was repaired in a timely manner with little inconvenience to me. I appreciate the excellent service and courtesies extended to me.
