The waiting is always 3 or 4 hours, too much. I got there at 10.40 am, the appointment was at 11 am .... I was there until 2 pm. Last time was the same thing, at that time, I wait for 5 hours and the reason at 10.40 am, the appointment was at 11 am .... I was there until 2 pm.
