Drivers side tire sensor malfunction plus tire deflation . Alfonso was able to assist me with this problem on the drivers side & also help me determine which tire was not in the best shape . I don’t think that I am speaking here just on my behalf but rather on behalf of most customers that know that if encounter with a problem in their vehicles the dealer will always do their best to solve the problem & since make ourself the customers happy . Horrible So I didn’t purchase my car here, purchased it at another location. I schedule and oil change here and apparently they try to be fast so no one says a So I didn’t purchase my car here, purchased it at another location. I schedule and oil change here and apparently they try to be fast so no one says anything they just take your car and prepare it for service. While it’s in line the apparently hit the reset on the oil life before even confirming with the owner what’s going on and even before they did the oil change. The case here is my car dealer granted me to free oil change and I had one left. I was told I can use it at any GM location. Will at Williamson they said I don’t have any free oil change to call the dealer. That it’s going to be 50 something dollars. No one try and resolve my issue it was just you doing it or not. I said no. So some mechanic I guess had to drive my car out with me in it. I told him what happen and he said sorry to here that. But then he looked at the dash and said oh but you did the oil change and I said no of course he saw the oil life at 100% so he imagine it was done. He just shock his head in embarrassment. Will not recommend this place. More
