The loaner desk was courteous, quick & efficient and got me on the road with a vehicle similar to my own. Service clearly was thorough and effective, and checkout was a breeze. There was coffee and food for the few minutes I waited for the loaner. Don't see how it could be much better. Impressive. More

Length of time to fix While the service representative was courteous and polite, my Yukon was in the shop for 9 days to fix the A/C. Additionally, the loaner from Enterpris While the service representative was courteous and polite, my Yukon was in the shop for 9 days to fix the A/C. Additionally, the loaner from Enterprise was substandard and significantly smaller than my Yukon and there were no options to replace. I had to rent an additional vehicle from Avis to keep my weekend plans. The worst part is that 2 days later my car was back in the shop for the same reason. More

I was given a loaner on Tuesday to drive while the service department was assessing the wo Excellent service from Mickey Barrios for my existing car. I was given a loaner on Tuesday to drive while the service department was assessing the work required for my vehicle. Wednesday afternoon I was told the amount of work was almost the car's value. I asked Mickey to have someone from sales call me. Luis Carbonell called when I was in a meeting and I returned the call within an hour. No call from Luis on Wednesday afternoon. Called Luis on Thursday morning and spoke to him twice to get an idea of pricing on new and used Buick Encores. Discussed an advertisement from another dealer and asked how the price from the other dealer could be so low. Luis told me he would check out current inventory of new and used Buick Encores and call me back on Thursday. with options for me to review.. I called him twice on Friday morning, once before Mickey called me to get the loaner back and once after Mickey called me. Luis' comment when I spoke to him was that there was nothing available at Williamson for him to help me. As a salesperson, I would never let a customer who has done business with my firm and uses other services at my firm leave feeling the way I felt. More
