The service help desk folks are always nice to me and find my records right away. The service is always timely and they never keep my car too long for the job at hand. My one complaint is that my car is a bit dirty inside when I get it back. There’s either large black footprints inside on the floor mats or oily hand prints on the door handles. I keep my car extremely clean and it’s a bit annoying when I get it back a bit dirty. Other than that, the services are very good. More
My 2013 Buick was serviced w/ an oil change and the additives recommended by the service writer last Friday. On Sunday the yellow emission light actuated. Excellent in every respect except for the tech who stole my Apple cable while working on my Cue system. That’s the second time. Also have had to replace the Cue system 3 times in 2 years! Cue has been getting horrible reviews for 8 years. Why can’t Caddy get it right? It’s putting me off getting another Caddy. No other manufacturer seems to have this problem. More
