Williamson Buick GMC - Service Center

They forgot my car was there for service. After waiting a while I went to ask and service guy, just said bad news, your car hasn’t even been taken in. He then proceeded to blame manager. They ran afterwards, and did my oil change in 30 minutes and did not charge me however an apology would have been nice. It is the service guys job to follow up on the cars, not just sit around and then just point the finger. More

I am always left amazed every time I visit Williamson Cadillac/GMC service department. They always are cordial and take care of every need. Even when my car barely makes it up there driveway.
