I took my 2003 DHS in for service and got an estimate for repair. The estimate seemed rather high so I told them I wanted to pick up my car and get a second estimate. When they brought my car to me after the ticket was closed out it was disassembled , parts broken and dirty parts were simply thrown in on my clean leather interior. I informed my service advisor and was also contacted by the service manager and was told they would get back to me but 10 days later I was still waiting to hear the resolution of the problem. I have since been contacted by the dealership and they are willing to replace the broken pieces and detail my vehicle. More

I was in the market for a lease and I have shopped around and did my homework on the deal I was looking for. I live up north and spoke with Carlos on the phone. He gave me the package that I asked for without pushing anything on me. I made the trip down to see what they had and he was so nice, professional and didnt try to beat me up for things I didnt need. He gave me the best price and he stuck to his word on the quote given. The process to make this happen went smooth and I was out of there with a beautiful new car!!!! I would highly reccommend him for future business.
