I was in the market for a lease and I have shopped around and did my homework on the deal I was looking for. I live up north and spoke with Carlos on the phone. He gave me the package that I asked for without pushing anything on me. I made the trip down to see what they had and he was so nice, professional and didnt try to beat me up for things I didnt need. He gave me the best price and he stuck to his word on the quote given. The process to make this happen went smooth and I was out of there with a beautiful new car!!!! I would highly reccommend him for future business. I recently leased a Yukon Denali from Williamson, and we had a truly outstanding experience. I was exsisting customer and was extemely happy with the service department, so I asked my service advisor,Mike had a truly outstanding experience. Al Ammons, contacted with my different options as to what i was looking for in a vehicle. Later that week we went in to look. Patiently, he showed us the various models, and he was not pushy at all. Very friendly, he made us feel very comfortable. When we finally made a decision a few days later, I asked if we could go in after 6pm that Friday. He said no problem, I will wait for you. Through the whole process he was there helping us and answering our questions. When he handed us the keys, he explained all the cool features that the vechile had.
