Still not fixed My husband made an appointment to look at the car, we thought it was a transmission problem. The car does a strange bump/rattle when you accelerate. H My husband made an appointment to look at the car, we thought it was a transmission problem. The car does a strange bump/rattle when you accelerate. He waited over 2 hours for the diagnosis, a belt and hose issue. Then, after he agrees to the work, he waited another 4 hours, when he was fed up and complained, they said it was done. He took the car home, I drove it today. The problem is still there. Awful service, expensive cost $500, and the problem remains. More

So it took 3 hrs of my time to get a change of oil. That doesn’t make much sense More

Ridiculously expensive They charged me $100 to tell me i needed a new battery. Then they wanted to charge me over $300 for a bew battery plus labor.
