They are sending the set of carpet mats that were missing as well. Ultimately, we love the vehicle and it seems to be an oversight by a few individuals at the dealership. I am happy they at least reached out to try to make the situation right. My wife and I purchased a vehicle we saw online. The salesman was nice enough to send us photos and videos of everything we wanted to see from a 2018 Yukon Denali. The vehicle was listed with 8,587 miles at a competitive price so we bought the vehicle and had it shipped on an open air auto trailer. When we received the vehicle there were a number of minor issues but one major issue. The minor issues were that the carpets were missing and there were no paper plates on the vehicle. The MAJOR issue is that the vehicle mileage was at 9,279 miles! That is 692 miles more than stated on all pieces of paper work and documents to finalize the sale. The vehicle was listed on Monday and a deposit put on the vehicle by Wednesday, meaning in all practicality the dealership continued to drive the vehicle even after receiving our down payment (the vehicle was shipped Friday). It was never disclosed there were an additional 692 miles on the vehicle verbally or physically on any paperwork. Our final paperwork states the vehicle had 8,587 miles. We chose this vehicle because it had a little less mileage than others we looked at, and with a vehicle with low mileage such as this, 692 miles is a HUGE difference. My wife called Williamson GMC and when this issue was brought up, we were told that the vehicle being driven by the dealership should flatter us as their management team only drives the best of the used vehicles. They also stated that there was nothing they were going to do because according to the salesman, he "only made $300" on the sale. They also threatened that all they would do is ask for us to return the vehicle, which after spending $1,000 on shipping from Miami to South Texas is impractical. I find these statements as extremely unprofessional and a complete farce. We feel as if we were misled and lied to, our vehicle was driven after we put the down payment, we were never notified of the extra mileage, and we were cheated out of our money (vehicle + full warranties) and the dealership has no plans what so ever to make things right. For a vehicle that cost over $50,000 and a brand that is deemed "Luxury", this is completely and utterly unacceptable. I have bought numerous vehicles "sight unseen" and never had an issue such as this. More

(Already arranged at the insurance repair shop with eom parts). And the oil change (first I did there and after tons of emails “bring your car for free oil change and rotation”) they charged me $50 at the end. Very disappointing More

Drivers side tire sensor malfunction plus tire deflation . Alfonso was able to assist me with this problem on the drivers side & also help me determine which tire was not in the best shape .
