Beautiful dealership but customer service is poor When I brought my vehicle in I was handed a number and told to pull up. I exited my vehicle and stood around unsure of what to do as this was my first When I brought my vehicle in I was handed a number and told to pull up. I exited my vehicle and stood around unsure of what to do as this was my first time at this dealership. I asked an associate and was told ppl were called by numbers. After that It was a smooth transition to get service and I was given a loaner. I received a call that my vehicle was ready 2 days later. I was not given an explanation on what was the issue with my vehicle. I had to ask. Upon picking up my vehicle the cashier was very rude. Never greeted me or thanked me. When I asked where do I get my vehicle she vaguely pointed in a direction and said go out that door. After wandering around (and several employees walking by me did not offer help) I Found an employee at a podium and he took my paperwork and called for my car. My suggestion is employees should not assume someone has been to the dealership. They should explain the process. Also I feel that because I'm not Hispanic, nor do I speak Spanish I was not given the same treatment as others receive. More
