Carmin was an absolute delight to work with. She was beyond helpful and informative. Horrible service. Won’t go back!!! Don’t do what they are suppose to but state they did. Removed Freon from AC after repair Brought car to me, drove it to front with hot air blowing and still tried giving it suppose to but state they did. Excellent Service as usual. I was out of town in the Keys when a sensor gave out on the car. I called Williamson Cadillac advisor Richard and he sent a tow truck with a loaner. What can I say I like going there for all my services on my GMC. I have to say every time I go in from the time I pull up into the service department all the way in it feels like you just walking into Disne my GMC.
