Tom in the Service Department was rude, talking over me & very opinionated on the phone about the services I was requesting. For this to be my first encounter with the dealership I would very much rather do very opinionated on the phone about the services I was requesting. For this to be my first encounter with the dealership I would very much rather do the work myself than trust them with my vehicle. Everyone deserves respect and that was just not given to me in return. More

Dont think they know how to diagnose properly, spent 700.00 on repair and engine light came on 2 weeks later, same code we got before going to them and they got a different code, needless to say spendin 700.00 on repair and engine light came on 2 weeks later, same code we got before going to them and they got a different code, needless to say spending another 600.00 to repair for the proper code that keeps coming up on 3 different code readers. I had a scheduled oil change appointment today 12-3-21 for my Jeep Wrangler with 37,xxx mileage not one mechanical problem with Jeep. I got 0.9 miles from the dealership and while at a stoplight I not for my Jeep Wrangler with 37,xxx mileage not one mechanical problem with Jeep. I got 0.9 miles from the dealership and while at a stoplight I noticed smoke coming from under the hood so I pulled over immediately. Upon my visual inspection I noticed there is oil just dripping from the undercarriage of the vehicle. I then called the dealership and they had the Jeep towed back to dealership. The Service manager Tom Galinac proceeded to tell me it was just a messy cleanup job for me to come take a look. (I’m not an ASE certified mechanic but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to observe the undercarriage was not cleaned period let alone “messy”) the Jeep wasn’t even on a vehicle lift to look under it, it was out front of their vehicle detailing bay. I then told Mr. Galinac that I would like to physically observe a whole new oil change and once finished I want to physically observe the oil washed from the undercarriage, Mr. Galinac agreed to my request and walks me to their customer lounge where I sat for 20 minutes. Me wondering the status and why I’m not observing the oil change he just agreed to I was met with Mr. Galinac the service manager once again in the service dept. where I asked if I will be observing the oil change being done. Mr. Galinac then told me the issue was handled and it’s all been cleaned and ready to go and gives me a hand written card that states “Free Oil Change” and his signature. So I’m not satisfied with him going against his agreement we previously made I was going to brush it off and leave. Well I walk outside and decide to look under the Jeep one more time. I look and there was just as much if not more oil than before. I wiped a handful of oil off and I walk back in to confront Mr. Galinac and he proceeded to tell me the Jeep was washed and they sprayed numerous amounts of brake kleen on the undercarriage and used a pressure washer. I mentioned what about the new oil change that you said I can observe and Mr. Galinac refused the new oil change that he agreed to saying “ it doesn’t need it because we just did it”. By far this service manager is and was the absolute WORST ever experience I have ever dealt with. I can only imagine the amount of innocent elders or women that this man gets over on because they aren’t confrontational and won’t speak up to him and stand their grounds. BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPT. I made an appointment for service 10 days in advance for a simple 15 minute item. After an hour and a half my car still was sitting, waiting and not in a bay yet. I got my car and left. Oil Change went smooth enough, I think. first thing I notice when I get in my wifes jeep is that her dash cam is taken down and is face down in the passenger seat. I reviewed the camera to see when it fell (it has never fallen before) I see myself drop off the Jeep at service, I see someone drive it around the rear then the next thing it has is it against someone's pants leg as they are beeping thru the menus I assume deleting since anytime the engine is started it would record, even if only the seat and sounds. The $79.00 oil change had nothing to do with a dash camera, and they had no business deleting anything from it. He could if simply unplugged it if he is shy of his work. More
This dealership does terrible for service. They have had out truck for over 4 months! They don't communicate at all. They have had backorders on parts that we have to continuously call and check on. They claim they have fixed the truck then all of a sudden there is another error message. They said the repair would take 3 days and here we are months later! Don't buy anything here or take your vehicle to be serviced. More
We had an amazing experience buying our 2021 Wrangler from them. Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a rough experience at a difference dealership, so this was great.
