I called at 8 in the morning to set up an 11:30 appointment with Donny to look at and buy a car I found online. My husband and I drove an hour to get there, to be left standing in the car lot unatt appointment with Donny to look at and buy a car I found online. I called in (it was freezing and we have a baby) and they tell us Donny is with a customer and we could come inside. I asked for a different salesman to help us, I could care less who sells us the pathfinder, I just want to buy it. So they send this nice young man out (he was new, I feel bad for the guy) he gets the keys, but says his sales manager won't let us test drive it because we NEED to deal with "king Donny." The sales manager then tells us to leave and come back...seriously...a small town that is full of dealers and you want us to leave? I didn't want to come back, however my husband has way more patients than I. An hour and a half later we come back (after scoping out the other dealerships right down the road, of course) and we are told to WAIT again. So we wait and wait and wait, until my waiting turned into anger. At this point I still had no idea who Donny was, nor did anybody check on us or apologize. I finally got mad and BAM! Donny appeared like magic! I of course was fuming and let this man know exactly what was on my mind and wouldn't you know, there was suddenly men piling in the showroom that must have been hiding in the back the entire time. I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. We made a stop on our way home and became the proud new owners of a shiny new SUV within an hour. We never did get to test drive the car I was determined to buy. What a way to run a business, I have never been treated so poorly when spending so much money. You're loss!!! More

I found a used Nissan Frontier on their lot that I was interested in buying, but their price wasn't competitive. I made a few offers, but they weren't willing to budge. Every call to the dealership resulted in a request to come in to discuss, promising it would be worthwhile. Every time it was a waste of time for me and my family. Needing to look elsewhere, I shopped online and found numerous trucks meeting the same criteria all over the country at far better prices. I wound up buying a Frontier in Dallas, TX. It was a year newer, had 10,000 fewer miles, and significantly better options for $1,300 less. It cost me $450 to transport it, but needless to say I am happy I looked elsewhere. More
Stopped to test drive a used ford escape. Yes I understand that if it shows up on car fax, thats the bible. It must have been the dealer I bought it from, cuase I can barely put gas in these cars now days. My point is I might have bought the car without trading my dodge in if I had had the opportunity. But instead I never got the choice, nor did I get to even drive it to see if I would like it. But that's OK cause there are plenty of dealers out there that will love my pre approved loan offers. Your reviews will definately not be good here.
