Fantastic Experience! I found a used truck on autotrader. Called and spoke with Mike Melton, the parts and service director, to inquire about the condition of the vehicle. I found a used truck on autotrader. Called and spoke with Mike Melton, the parts and service director, to inquire about the condition of the vehicle. Mike was instantly familiar with the vehicle and answered specific questions I had about the truck's condition. Mike was extremely professional, polite, patient and knowledgeable. Mike offered to contact the sales manager to inquire if the truck was still available and return my call. A few minutes later, Mike called and said the track was available and gave me Jim Gamble's direct phone number. Jim, the sales manager, and I spoke and I drove to the dealership. When I arrived, Jim Gamble and Fred Bowman (manager) greeted me and showed me the vehicle. The truck was in better condition than it appeared in the photos and I decided to purchase. I've been searching for a this exact model truck for months and can honestly say that this truck was in like new condition and was very competitively priced. The entire sale process took less than an hour, went smoothly and professionally. Everyone in the facility said hello and offered me a water. The truck was detailed and had a full tank of fuel upon delivery. This was the best experience I've had at any dealership and I would highly recommend them. More
