I told them that I didn't need that since my insurance company would buy me a replacement car. They refused to drop this fee so I went elsewhere and found an honest dealer that is BBB certified, unlike Williams Subaru. I would stay clear of this place. When visiting other dealers and asked if they charged a "security fee" they immediately told me that it sounded like I had visited Williams Subaru. It appears that their reputation is well known in the area. More

We had many questions about the vehicle and he provided documented information regarding such inquiries. Even though the dealership performs a market based sales price, they were willing to negotiate the price a little in order to get us into the vehicle in our comfort zone. When we returned to the dealership the next morning, the vehicle had been freshly detailed, refueled and they arranged for their interior trim company to meet with us to remedy a very small blemish.
