He was easy to deal with as we knew what we wanted to look at. After our purchase he got us out quickly and back on the road. dishonest, lazy mechanics!!!!!! Took my Kia, that I purchased from Williams, in for oil changes. First one after purchase was told how everything was perfect and needed nothing done Took my Kia, that I purchased from Williams, in for oil changes. First one after purchase was told how everything was perfect and needed nothing done during their multi point inspection except a light bulb in third brake light. second time I needed rear brakes and rotors. which wasn't true and both times they neglected things in their multi point inspection that needed changed. Will never take my car back there again. More

Salesman was pleasant enough but it was clear that he could hardly wait to "seal the deal" and get the heck rid of us even bordering on trying to push us into something we might not want. With the exception of one follow-up call from an actual person, all communication since the sale has been via a pre-recorded message. Whatever happened to personal service? Even an e-mail I sent to our salesman asking about a part that appeared to be missing from our vehicle was merely forwarded to the parts department (SEVERAL days later) and once again we received a pre-recorded message. Would I visit this dealership again? Not sure actually. If car salesmen want to know why they seem to get such miserable reputations, they might just want to take a look in the mirror. More
Ken has always been very accommodating to work around my schedule. We live 45 miles away and he has always checked everything that is needed and prompt with the service. He is very knowledgeable in the service aspects as well as the cars. We have enjoyed talking about cars that are up and coming. He has also helped with my wife's school class that she teaches. She teaches Special Ed and he always has some type of poster or giveaway that I can take to my wife for her class. The boys really love the car stuff and helps then learn. More

I recently had a heater issue with my 2008 Tahoe and took it to Williams for repair. As a single women in Traverse City, I find purchasing and handling repair work on vehicles very intimidating-don't know w it to Williams for repair. As a single women in Traverse City, I find purchasing and handling repair work on vehicles very intimidating-don't know what questions to ask, can I trust what I'm being told, etc. I had a FANTASTIC experience at Williams. They treated me respectfully, provided transportation while in service and returned the car to me within 36 hours. Given the circumstances (nobody likes to have car issues)I had a great experience and while I hope I don't see them again for awhile, I know the service will be great when I do! More
Since I know very little about cars, I am very uncomfortable taking my car anywhere. I always think they are going to rip me off. I had a horrible knocking in my car and my windshield wiper fluid uncomfortable taking my car anywhere. I always think they are going to rip me off. I had a horrible knocking in my car and my windshield wiper fluid wasn't coming out. (I guess a little animal chewed through the hose) I was expecting an enormous bill because of the knocking noise. Much to my surprise, my bill was only $65!!! They just had to tighten "something" and the knocking noise was gone and they just replaced the hose for the washer fluid. I am quite confident that most other places would have found something very expensive wrong with my car. Kinda sad that I have to drive from Grand Rapids to TC to get my car worked on, but it is worth it to have someone trustworthy working on it! More
